Job description
We are seeking a E&E Harness Designer to manage CAD releases and develop 3D wiring harness designs in line with OEM standards. The role focuses on 3D/3DA integration, PLM releases, and cross-functional collaboration throughout the design and validation process.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage STEP CAD releases (STEP 1, STEP 2, STEP 3, STEP 5)

Develop 3D wiring harness mathematics and release in TCAE/PLM according to technological structure

Prepare NX/PLM 3D and 3DA elements

Detail fixing, connector descriptions, and 3D/3DA integration

Provide supporting documentation for ODM preparation and style feedback

Support DFMEA activities and collaborate on FEA model updates with the Calculation team

Create formboards for CD2D
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

Minimum 2 years of experience with Catia or NX

Knowledge of harness components; OEM or harness maker experience preferred

Experience in PLM environment is a plus

English proficiency at least B2 level
