At Amaris Consulting, we connect talented professionals with leading industrial organizations. For one of our clients, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician who wants to work in a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment where reliability, safety, and teamwork are key.

You will join a well-structured maintenance team operating within an international, production-driven organization. The working culture is open, hands-on, and collaborative, with short communication lines between maintenance, production, and engineering. Continuous improvement is part of daily operations, and technical input from the shop floor is highly valued. This is an environment where you can truly make an impact on equipment performance and operational continuity.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions
  • Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable technical solutions
  • Execute preventive, corrective, predictive, and emergency maintenance activities
  • Install, modify, and optimize production equipment based on technical documentation
  • Accurately document maintenance activities in the maintenance management system
  • Actively contribute to improvement initiatives, equipment upgrades, and reliability projects
  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient operations

 

What We Are Looking For

  • MBO+ level education in a technical field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role
  • Solid technical knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical systems
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to safety and quality
  • A team-oriented professional who can also work independently
