Job description

Join our team as a Sales Manager (HRIS Solutions) and take on a key role in driving the growth of our HRIS business line in Ho Chi Minh City ! At Amaris Consulting (ACT) Vietnam, you will lead business development efforts, build strong client partnerships, and contribute to the success of strategic HRIS projects across the region.

You will play an essential part in expanding our footprint by identifying opportunities, crafting tailored solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams and consultants.

 

 

Your Missions

 

  • Drive business development activities through targeted and proactive prospecting.
  • Identify new markets, generate leads, and explore growth opportunities for HRIS services.
  • Design customized commercial proposals aligned with client needs and expectations.
  • Manage client relationships end-to-end, from initial contact to project planning.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams and HRIS experts to qualify leads and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for HRIS consultants and conduct interviews when needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making.

 

 

Your Profile

 

  • Several years of experience in salesbusiness development, or account management—ideally in HRIScloud-based productstechnology solutions, or SaaS.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
