We are looking for an Support Engineer to join our team.
This position is ideal for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in IT Support, eager to contribute to maintaining operational excellence and ensuring system reliability in a fast-paced airport environment.
Your missions

Provide Level 2 support for both hardware and software systems.

Ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime for critical systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Collaborate with internal IS&D teams and airport staff to maintain service reliability and system performance.

Document incidents, interventions, and preventive actions to enhance knowledge sharing and efficiency.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of support procedures and technical documentation.
Your profile

1–3 years of experience in IT Support roles.

Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Fluent in Japanese (native) and communicative in English.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
