Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Senior Fullstack Developer. Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and an agile environment. 

👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Design and lead the architecture of scalable full-stack web applications.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services in Java (Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Jakarta EE).
  • Build modern and efficient interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Redux / Context API.
  • Design and manage SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Supabase solutions.
  • Ensure performance, security, and maintainability across the entire stack.
  • Deploy and automate processes using Netlify and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate external services such as Twilio (messaging, notifications, authentication).
  • Promote best practices in development, testing, and code review.
  • Collaborate closely with product, UX/UI, and other technical teams.
  • Guide and support mid-level and junior developers within the team.

✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong command of Java (Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks).
  • Advanced experience with React.js, Hooks, Redux, and TypeScript.
  • Deep knowledge of SQL and database modeling.
  • Experience with Supabase as a backend-as-a-service.
  • Familiarity with Netlify and modern cloud deployment environments.
  • Experience integrating external services and REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong understanding of version control (Git) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership and make architectural decisions.
  • Spanish (Native), English (Fluent)

💡 Nice to Have

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
  • Knowledge of web application security and performance tuning.
  • Experience with advanced Twilio APIs (SMS, WhatsApp, authentication).
  • Use of AI and development automation tools (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
