As a Bid Manager, you will play a key role within our business development department, ensuring the successful management and delivery of competitive proposals that drive our growth and reinforce our position as a leading consulting and engineering firm.

 

Your missions

  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process for consulting and engineering projects, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
  • Analyze client requirements and develop tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and commercial teams
  • Prepare, review, and finalize all bid documentation, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards
  • Manage communication with internal stakeholders and external partners throughout the bid lifecycle
  • Monitor and report on bid progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes and tools
  • Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and participating in strategic planning
  • Ensure knowledge sharing and best practices within the team

 

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in bid management, proposal coordination, or business development within a consulting or engineering environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools
  • Experience with AI/OpenAI solutions is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
