Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
ABOUT THE JOB
- Oversee SLA monitoring, incident and problem management, service requests, and change management using ServiceNow, while administering procurement and contract management for security tools and services, and coordinating with BISOs and business units to ensure timely delivery and resolution of service issues.
- Lead the automation of monitoring use cases, triage processes, and remediation workflows for security tools, collaborating with engineering teams to deploy enhancements in ServiceNow modules including incident ticket lifecycle and service offering categorization, and driving continuous improvement through the deployment of automation in Incident Response (IR) and threat intelligence delivery.
- Define and track KPIs and KRIs for service performance and risk posture, deliver monthly Service Delivery Reports covering incident trends, SLA adherence, and asset inventory, and implement dashboards for real-time visibility into vendor risk status and service health.
- Manage ServiceNow workflows for incident handling, risk assessments, and CMDB updates, coordinate enhancements to ServiceNow modules to improve usability and lifecycle control, and ensure accurate asset inventory and configuration data is maintained and extracted for reporting.
- Collaborate with Group CISO, Heads of Governance, Engineering, and Operations, engage with vendors for remediation tracking and risk mitigation, and coordinate with BISOs and business units for service alignment and reporting.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in Information Security or Service Delivery.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SecOps, CMDB).
- Strong understanding of SLA frameworks, metrics, and reporting.
- Proven track record in automation and process improvement.
- Certifications preferred: ITIL, CISSP, CISM, ServiceNow Admin.
- Fluent in English communication.
