Job description
We are looking for a motivated VIE Business Analyst to join our teams in Brussels. As part of this international assignment, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze needs, translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to the delivery of innovative solutions.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment while developing your expertise as a Business Analyst.
Your Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams.

Contribute to the design and improvement of processes and solutions.

Perform gap analysis between existing and target systems.

Support testing phases (unit tests, UAT) and assist users during deployment.

Prepare clear documentation and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Your Profile:

Graduate in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of business process analysis and documentation methods.

Excellent communication skills, able to interact with both technical and business teams.

Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus).

Eligible for the V.I.E program (under 29 years old)
