Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Proven experience in adult learning and training development, especially for sales and sales support teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, Tasks, Forms, and Clipchamp.
- Familiarity with e-learning creation tools such as Easygenerator, Articulate, or Adobe Captivate is a plus.
- Experience with SAP modules (MM or SD), Salesforce, or process mapping tools is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and motivating diverse learners.
- Strong didactic skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.
- Punctual, reliable, and accountable for your responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, with flexibility to adapt to organizational changes.
- Demonstrated cultural awareness and ability to thrive in a highly international workplace.

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to sales and sales support teams.
- Conduct workshops, onboarding sessions, and refresher courses to ensure staff proficiency in new procedures and tools.
- Design and manage a structured learning environment, including selecting and implementing training platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in training best practices, staying updated on industry trends and innovations.
