Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field but above all being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to:

  • Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.

  • Your curiosity and eagerness to learn as we support over 1000 clients from all sectors worldwide.

The project is a global implementation covering the US and Japan and is primarily conducted in English. It follows a waterfall/Agile hybrid methodology, and you will be expected to manage the deliverables for each stage.

Your missions

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements for the OMS package solution implementation.

  • Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.

  • Support design and participate in validation of the OMS package solution to ensure compliance with business needs.

  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the project team for smooth implementation and transition.

  • Participate in testing activities and assist in defining acceptance criteria.

  • Provide guidance and support to end users during the post-implementation phase.

  • Contribute to project governance by ensuring documentation of deliverables in line with hybrid methodology standards.

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on order management systems or trading operations.

  • Strong understanding of security and trading operations and their implications on business processes.

  • Proficiency in documenting requirements, process flows and use cases.

  • Familiarity with both waterfall and Agile methodologies and ability to adapt to a hybrid model.

  • Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent is a plus.

  • Previous experience in OMS package solution implementations is highly desirable.

  • Fluent English. Japanese is a plus.

  • You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • You are detail-oriented, structured, and capable of synthesizing complex information.
