Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are currently looking for a System Engineer to support the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems in the construction sector in Belgium.
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
As a System Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and ongoing support of real-time ICT systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, security, and performance, while contributing to the digitalization of construction workflows.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Implementation, monitoring, and support of ICT systems across construction projects
- Ensuring real-time operating system stability and performance
- Applying best practices in system setup, documentation, and compliance
- Supporting users and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking
- Contributing to time-sensitive projects with effective time management and coordination
🎯 Your Profile:
- Associate’s degree in ICT or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong familiarity with ICT systems and real-time operating systems
- Proactive, analytical mindset with a structured and methodical approach
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A team player with strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch; English is a plus
