Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your mission:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects at client sites, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- ollaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and consultants, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Lead and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Delivery Manager or in a similar role within the consulting or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in project delivery.
- Fluent in English.
