Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst (F/M/X) with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ServiceNow implementations and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions to drive process optimization and business value.

 

πŸ”₯ Responsibilities :

 

- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow enhancements and initiatives.

- Review and qualify ITSM and CSM backlogs, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and design solutions aligned with best practices.

- Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.

- Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure quality and reliability.

- Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and product teams.

- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs.

- Support change management activities and user training to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.

 

🎯 Your Profile :

 

- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.

- You have a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations, particularly with ITSM and/or CSM modules.

- You hold relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, or Certified System Administrator) or are willing to obtain them.

- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and UX design concepts.

- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- You have experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making.

- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.

- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering innovative, practical solutions.

- Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks is a strong asset.

- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is an advantage.
