Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for an ambitious Business Manager to join our growing team in Warsaw!
With a strong background in consulting and at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in developing and deploying a high-potential business perimeter within an international, startup-minded environment.
π₯ Your Responsibilities:
- You drive and coordinate the development of a fast-growing business perimeter, from strategy to operational deployment, ensuring performance and sustainable growth.
- You collaborate closely with a team of 200+ professionals, planning and supporting Business Managers and Sales Managers to achieve ambitious targets.
- You analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective action plans.
- You ensure seamless communication between sales teams, clients, and stakeholders to guarantee alignment and achievement of objectives.
- You manage resources, optimize workload distribution, and organize tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- You oversee the deployment of commercial strategies and monitor key performance indicators to measure progress and adjust plans accordingly.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and best practices within the organization.
- You maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of business activities, plans, and progress reports.
π― Your Profile:
- You have a degree in business, management, or a related field.
- You have at least 4 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Business Manager, ideally within a consulting environment.
- You have a proven track record in developing and managing business perimeters in an international context.
- You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have experience in managing and motivating teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are familiar with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, CRM, Trello).
- You have a startup mindset: proactive, agile, and entrepreneurial.
- You are fluent in English; Polish is a plus.
