Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Mission Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP (ECC) Expert to join will be to ensure the efficient and compliant use of SAP systems, investigate and resolve issues, define optimal strategies.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain the SAP system, provide user support, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is critical for ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for SAP-related inquiries and issues within the TRD GMP department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement our TRD GMP department. This pivotal role serves as the key point of contact and subject matter expert for all SAP-related activities. You will be responsible new/improved products and processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on Clinical Supply Chain processes, including manufacturing, packaging, and distribution.
  • Support the integration and transition to S4HANA ERP system.
  • Lead change management initiatives and process improvement projects.
  • Facilitate for ensuring the efficient and compliant use of SAP systems, investigating and resolving issues, defining optimal strategies, and connecting with training and support for users to enhance system utilization and efficiency.

Profile Requirements:

  • Experience: Professional experience in manufacturing as an SAP expert.
  • Industry Knowledge: Detailed understanding of Clinical Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Packaging, Distribution) or clinical study management.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Functional’s ERP Together program (S4HANA). Your collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will be essential in maintaining the SAP system, providing Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated experience in change management practices user support, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This position is critical to ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance.
  • Certifications: Process improvement/optimization certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) are a plus.

ICT Skills:

  • Proficient in SAP systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and hardware.
