Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative Business Analyst who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our team. This role is available for various locations across The Randstad and North Brabant. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders from diverse departments to understand business needs, analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Dutch-speaking and international stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.

Evaluate existing business processes and recommend optimization strategies.

Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings and insights.

Facilitate meetings and workshops in both Dutch and English to elicit requirements and build consensus.

Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business units to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.

Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.

Prepare clear documentation, including process flows, use cases, and training materials.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is required.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP, CRM, or business intelligence systems.

Business Analyst certification (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus.

Experience in industry-specific knowledge, e.g., healthcare, finance, technology.
