Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We're looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team in Brussels. You'll work on scalable applications and contribute to technical decisions.If you're ready to take on impactful projects in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!
π₯ Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Work closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
- Take ownership of software components, from conception to deployment and maintenance.
- Ensure code quality and performance through unit testing, integration testing, and peer code reviews.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, architecture decisions, and technical standards.
- Apply secure coding techniques and follow industry best practices in software engineering.
- Support users by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and bugs.
- Document architecture, code, and deployment processes clearly and effectively.
- Actively support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows using DevOps tools.
π― Your Profile:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- You have 6+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies: (NET, C#, ASP.NET,…)
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies is a plus (Blazor. Angular, React, JavaScript).
- Experience with testing frameworks and modern software testing practices.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
- Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on delivering quality solutions.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); Dutch is a strong asset.
- Willing and available to work on-site in Brussels.
