Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT infrastructure and possess the ability to effectively manage and optimize our systems.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize IT infrastructure, including building cabling and network systems.
- Plan, operate, and enhance video surveillance and access control systems.
- Manage relationships with service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
- Oversee and maintain our virtual server environment.
- Operate and further develop our IT landscape, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Manage and enhance our telephone systems to meet organizational needs.
- Create IT guidelines and standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Implement mobile device management strategies to secure and manage devices.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- You possess extensive experience in IT administration and infrastructure design.
- You have a strong background in planning building cabling and network infrastructure.
- You have excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and related technologies.
- You are proficient in English, with strong communication skills. German is a plus.
- You demonstrate a self-directed, goal-oriented work style.
- You have a proactive, engaged, and team-oriented mindset.
- You exhibit strong responsibility and customer orientation towards internal clients.
