Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Your Missions

Define the objectives, budget, and timeline of CAPEX projects in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with engineering teams and consultants to design technical solutions tailored to operational needs and regulatory constraints.

Supervise on-site work execution, coordinate different service providers, and monitor key project milestones.

Develop and track project budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, applicable regulations, and internal policies.

Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including operational teams, management, and suppliers.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and technological innovation.
Your Profile
-
Degree in industrial or civil engineering with a focus on mechanical or electromechanical engineering.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing investment (CAPEX) projects, ideally in the agri-food industry or a similar sector.

Good understanding of industrial processes, agri-food equipment, and technical constraints.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.), budget management, stakeholder coordination, and risk analysis.

Fluent in French, English and Dutch

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, teamwork skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
