Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced React Native Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 3+ years of experience in mobile application development who are eager to contribute to cross-platform solutions for both iOS and Android.
The position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to our offices in Istanbul or Bursa. Native-level Turkish is required, while professional proficiency in English is a strong asset for collaboration within our international teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
- Integrate backend services via RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality user experiences
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using best practices
- Engage in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure continuous improvement
Core Competencies & Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in React Native development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience building mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Solid understanding of RESTful API integration
- Proficiency with Git and other version control tools
- Awareness of UI/UX design principles and ability to translate designs into responsive mobile interfaces
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
