Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

We are looking for a Change Manager / Senior Project Manager to join the Strategic Operations & Planning team. This position plays a key role in leading change management initiatives that drive process standardization and reduce deviations at manufacturing sites.

Location: 100% on-site in Princeton Pike, New Jersey


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy, including communication through newsletters, presentations, and training sessions

  • Lead all change management and communication activities for the project, reporting directly to IT and business project leads

  • Design the change management strategy for the entire platform, including IT rollouts, business changes, and internal project communications

  • Support business process changes by providing guidance and communication templates for all organizational levels

  • Create communication content tailored for end-users, stakeholders, and senior management

  • Prepare presentations and newsletter updates to keep all parties informed

  • Support the creation and execution of training strategies as needed


Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management

  • At least 3 years of experience in a multinational corporate environment

  • Proven ability to create effective communication materials (presentations, newsletters, etc.)

  • Experience in software rollouts and end-user communication

  • Strong analytical skills, structured approach, and ability to work independently

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office

  • Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
