Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Wir suchen derzeit erfahrenene Entwicklungsingenieure (m/w/d), um unser Team zu verstärken. Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über einen starken technischen Hintergrund in der Medizintechnik und die Fähigkeit, innovative medizinische Geräte zu entwickeln und dabei regulatorische Standards einzuhalten.
🔥 Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung von medizintechnischen Geräten unter Einhaltung regulatorischer Vorgaben (ISO 13485, MDR).
- Erstellung von 3D-Konstruktionsmodellen mit SolidWorks und Creo.
- Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Verifizierungstests zur Sicherstellung der Produktsicherheit.
- Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Optimierung der Produktsicherheit und -leistung.
- Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen für Zulassungen.
- Teilnahme an Design-Reviews und Einbringung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen.
- Aktuelle Kenntnisse über Branchentrends und Fortschritte in der Medizintechnik.
🎯 Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik oder vergleichbar abgeschlossen.
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten.
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse in SolidWorks oder Creo.
- Sie verfügen über muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse und ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Sie haben Berufserfahrung in der Medizintechnikbranche.
- Sie sind detailorientiert und haben starke analytische Fähigkeiten.
- Sie können effektiv im Team arbeiten und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig managen.
