Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Position Overview: As a Junior Post-Market Surveillance Specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for monitoring the safety and effectiveness of pharmaceutical products after they have been released to the market. You will assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to adverse events and product performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the overall safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources, including clinical studies, adverse event reports, and literature reviews to assess product safety and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of findings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Assist in maintaining compliance with local and international regulations related to post-market surveillance and pharmacovigilance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and quality assurance, to support product safety initiatives and investigations.
- Risk Management: Participate in risk assessment activities and contribute to the development of risk management plans for products in the market.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the development and implementation of processes and tools to enhance post-market surveillance activities and improve data quality.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in post-market surveillance, pharmacovigilance, or related areas is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines related to post-market surveillance (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, as well as familiarity with databases and reporting systems.
