Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior SAP CS/SD/Retail Consultant to support its clients in their technological projects. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions, ensuring system enhancements, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
🔥 Your responsibilities :
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of topics assigned to you (analysis, design, customizing, specification, test design, unit test execution, UAT organization, deployment, and documentation).
- Evaluate system issues and proactively suggest enhancements to enrich the solution.
- Assist the Tech Team Lead in estimating and challenging the implementation effort.
- Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions. Enrich the internal database with newly identified issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Other consultants, Developers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Tech leads, QA) aiming to improve operations and provide recommendations for change.
- Attend Agile (Scrum) ceremonies i.e. daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Refinement, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives and maintain status of activities up-to-date in Jira and/or ServiceNow.
- Adapt to the delivery model and timeline of the project using SAP Solution Manager or other tools as per the project.
- Contribute to and enforce best practices in the developed Product.
- Develop a customer-oriented mindset and a culture of trust and transparency.
🎯 Your profile :
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience as SAP Consultant.
- Hands-on experience with ECC6, CS/SD, SOLMAN, Confluence, JIRA, API and event-driven architectures. S4 is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Keen to learn other technologies, namely PEGA, Salesforce.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent in English both written and spoken; French or German is a plus.
- Confident delivering workshops and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and its ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).
