Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Are you a skilled BI Engineer ready for your next challenge? Amaris Consulting is seeking a motivated individual with a strong background in Business Intelligence to join our Data & AI Center of Excellence in Brussels. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with sharp analytical skills, a solid technical foundation, and outstanding communication abilities.
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Create and optimize ETL pipelines to consolidate data from various sources into a centralized data warehouse.
- Work with data architects and engineers to design data models that facilitate efficient reporting and analysis.
- Monitor and enhance BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
🎯 Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in Business Intelligence and excellent problem-solving abilities. Your attention to detail and capability to simplify complex information will distinguish you. You excel in collaborative environments but can also work independently when necessary.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with modern data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
