Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking for your next career move? Amaris Consulting is excited to welcome a dedicated professional to our team in Luxembourg. This full-time position offers an Undetermined Duration Contract and is perfect for someone with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in managing IT projects.

 

πŸ”₯ Your Responsibilities:

  • Track requests from all involved stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collect and analyze business requirements to draft comprehensive Business Requirements Documentation.
  • Monitor the progress of work against the Project Management Plans to ensure timely delivery.
  • Define test cases and support the execution of User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Issue Logs, Risk Logs, Status Reports, and presentations.
  • Perform integration tasks to manage communication and relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with IT providers to ensure flawless execution of projects.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure project success.

 

🎯 Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who has demonstrated successful leadership in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects from inception to completion.

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or IT Project Manager.
  • A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, with a preference for candidates from Bocconi University in Italy.
  • Strong methodology of work and solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management tools.
  • Certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE II, or ITIL 4 are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of French is a plus
