Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Your missions
- Supportare la progettazione e l’ottimizzazione dei processi chimici industriali.
- Sviluppare e aggiornare schemi di processo (P&I).
- Collaborare con i team tecnici per garantire il rispetto degli standard di qualità e sicurezza.
- Contribuire all’analisi dei dati di processo per identificare aree di miglioramento.
- Assicurare l’implementazione delle best practices nel controllo dei processi.
- Creare report tecnici dettagliati per monitorare l’andamento delle performance di processo.
- Partecipare a meeting con i clienti e i team interni per discutere di soluzioni innovative.
- Apprendere e utilizzare Neograd Chimico per supportare le attività di progettazione e analisi.
Your profile
- Competenze in analisi e sviluppo di processi chimici industriali.
- Esperienza in ambito farmaceutico (nice to have).
- Esperienza con FAT test.
- Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi di processo (P&I).
- Laurea in Ingegneria Chimica o campo correlato.
- Fluent in italiano e inglese.
- Orientamento al dettaglio e capacità analitiche.
- Ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla comunicazione.
