Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Expert Consultant with robust expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and a focus on implementation and development. The successful candidate will drive the delivery of innovative ServiceNow solutions that streamline operations and enhance service delivery across various business functions. Experience with HR Service Delivery (HR SD), Procurement Operations Management (POM), and Software Portfolio Management (SPM) will be considered a significant advantage.
π₯ Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ITSM processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring best practices are followed to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements based on client-specific needs, including service requests, incident management, and change management modules.
- Implement HR Service Delivery (HR SD) modules to provide seamless support processes for employees, integrating HR workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement Project and Portfolio Management (POM) functionalities, facilitating better resource allocation and project tracking.
- Assist in the deployment of Software Asset Management (SPM) to optimize software utilization and compliance, providing insights into license management and asset lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party solutions and internal systems using REST and SOAP APIs to enhance data interoperability.
- Serve as a technical lead throughout the project lifecycle, guiding team members in adopting best coding practices and ServiceNow features.
- Ensure high-quality outcomes through meticulous testing and quality assurance processes, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
- Create detailed technical documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators, promoting best practices in using the ServiceNow platform.

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing ITSM processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong expertise in customizing and developing ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Experience with HR Service Delivery (HR SD) modules and integrating HR workflows within ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Project and Portfolio Management (POM) functionalities within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Software Asset Management (SPM) and its deployment to optimize software utilization and compliance.
- Strong skills in developing and maintaining integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Ability to serve as a technical lead, providing guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
