Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are looking for a skilled Process Expert to join our dynamic team at Amaris Consulting in Belgium. You will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the operational efficiency of business processes. In this position, you will ensure an end-to-end vision that enables best-in-class customer and employee journeys, while minimizing operational risk and optimizing costs. 🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to end-to-end business process strategy and documentation, ensuring ongoing optimization of the cost-to-serve while leveraging automated and industrialized processes.
- Enrich and update processes in the context of customer journey redesign, with support/input from the NPS team, and exchange action plans.
- Analyze operational risks of processes with the support of the OPC team.
- Document processes (creating, updating, deleting) to align all contributors.
- Monitor the performance and quality of Product processes (NPS, NPE, number of incidents, etc.) to drive improvements.
- Actively participate, consistently sharing Agile Values and Principles, and accompany teams impacted by change.
- Assist and ensure end-to-end testing is performed in close collaboration with key stakeholders (Operations, Risk, IT, etc.).
- Orchestrate the resolution of incident management regarding processes, following up on corrective actions with the appropriate stakeholders.
🎯 Your Profile:
- Strong technical writing skills and expertise in process modeling techniques and methods.
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts.
- Lean Management, Compliance Knowledge, Performance Analysis, and Business Organization experience.
- Business/Operations/IT relationship, Risk knowledge & awareness, Data quality & security, and Customer Journey approach are preferable.
- Strong analytical skills, strong communicator, diplomatic, and customer-oriented.
- Structured approach, ability to work independently, accuracy and precision.
- Quality-minded with an eye for detail, goal-oriented, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or French, and English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
