Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
Take your career to the next level with Amaris Consulting as a Business Analyst . Be part of an international team, thrive in a global group with a €800M turnover and over 1,000 clients worldwide, and work in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and optimizing eCommerce platforms, with a focus on integrating financial systems and business requirements into actionable IT solutions. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
βοΈ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? βοΈ
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst .
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Taxes, Fiscal Legislation, and Accounting flows, particularly in eCommerce.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Commercetools, Magento, or Shopify.
- Proven experience working with Finance/Fiscal legislation initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP systems, POS systems, and e-Commerce.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance module.
- Solid experience in Agile/DevOps environments and familiarity with Design Thinking methodology.
- Exposure to a diverse range of technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, in English.
- Ability to document, analyze, and improve eCommerce processes.
- Experience in creating comprehensive training materials and supporting teams with product adoption.
π WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Analyze and document business requirements for eCommerce processes and financial system integrations, including platforms like Commercetools, Magento, and Shopify.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business strategies and requirements into actionable IT solutions.
- Assist the Product Owner and Tech Lead in refining the strategy for continuous product enhancements.
- Conduct thorough analysis, documentation, and testing of program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
- Create comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth product adoption.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues as part of the third-level support team.
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities and explore options for improvement and process automation.
- Design business scenarios and use cases to optimize product introductions and change management efforts.
- Guide cross-functional teams in understanding business needs and collaboratively finding optimal solutions.
