Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you! 

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

  • +5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Experience working on Supply Chain process initiatives related to retail business flows running on ERP and POS systems.
  • Experience in platforms such as Microsoft D365 Supply Chain module for retail business with physical stores.
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
  • Functional knowledge of supply chain flows, particularly in Retail.
  • Exposure to multiple, diverse technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, in English.
  • Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams.

👉 WHAT WILL YOU DO? 👈

  • Provide expertise, context, and direction to assist our business operations and the tech teams on new developments and implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and Product Owner to support the development of a strategic vision for the POS implementation project.
  • Assist the Product Owner and Tech Lead in refining the strategy through continuous enhancements to the product.
  • Conduct thorough analysis, documentation, and testing of program development, logic, process flows, and specifications related to the POS system or other projects.
  • Create comprehensive training materials tailored to the product area and deliver training sessions to end users and support teams.
  • Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving solution issues as part of the third-level support team.
  • Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, focusing on product introductions and the necessary change management to maximize adoption and value.
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities and explore options for improvement and process automation.
  • Inspire and guide team members across various business and IT organizations to understand business needs and collaboratively find optimal solutions that align with customer objectives and IT strategy.
