Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering, with a focus on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems and equipment. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving operational performance while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
π₯ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues and areas for improvement in equipment and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and efficiency in maintenance processes.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate employees on maintenance best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze maintenance data and metrics to track performance and identify trends for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, project status, and compliance to management.
- Stay updated on relevant maintenance regulations and industry trends to ensure best practices are followed.
π― Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance regulations, standards, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in English and French is mandatory; fluency in Dutch is appreciated.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
