Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- +10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- High proficiency in English.
- Located in Europe with Spanish working hours.
- Expertise in ServiceNow development tools such as ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Knowledge of MySQL for backend database management.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server for system integrations.
- Proficiency in version control and code management tools like Git and ServiceNow Source Control.
- Familiarity with automation and DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization (VMware).

- Design Architecture: Design the architecture of the ServiceNow platform to ensure scalability, robustness, and alignment with business objectives.
- System Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and applications using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
- Development and Customization: Oversee and participate in the development and customization of applications and modules in ServiceNow.
- Project Management: Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements to the ServiceNow platform to optimize performance and functionality.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and provide training and support to users and team members.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
