Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description

🔬 Your Impact
As a Clinical Development Scientist , you will play a decisive role in shaping the clinical strategy of cutting-edge medical products. From benefit-risk assessments to clinical documentation, your input will directly influence product approvals and market success across global regulatory frameworks.
Your Responsibilities:

Lead benefit-risk analysis and actively contribute to risk management activities throughout product lifecycles.

Review and interpret clinical data to support compliance and performance claims.

Author critical documentation including Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) reports, and Clinical Study Reports (CSRs).

Engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to align on clinical evidence strategies.

Drive clinical risk assessment from concept to market introduction.

Collaborate on improving SOPs, internal workflows, and document development processes.
👩🔬 Your Background:
-
M.D., Master’s, or Ph.D. in Biomedical Science or related field.

7–10 years of experience in clinical affairs within medical devices or pharmaceuticals.

Strong knowledge of MDR, FDA, ISO14155, GCP, and ICH guidelines.

Experienced in vigilance, harm evaluation, systematic reviews, and clinical writing.

Solid understanding of clinical investigation design, research methodology, and biostatistics.

Fluent in English (native or near-native level); additional languages are a plus.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
