Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

βοΈ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? βοΈ
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (mandatory).
- ITIL 4 Managing Professional or certifications focused on problem management or continuous improvement.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in process analysis and IT service management.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience managing processes under ITIL, with a focus on functional problem management.
- Strong knowledge of the ITIL 4 framework, particularly in problem management, incident management, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Remedy, or similar.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and propose functional solutions.
- Basic knowledge of analytical and functional reporting tools (preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication with functional teams, technical teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to handle problems and projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.

Process Management and Optimization:
- Design, implement, and optimize functional processes aligned with the ITIL 4 framework.
- Ensure efficient workflows for IT service management, meeting business objectives.
Problem Management (Functional Focus):
- Identify, log, and prioritize functional issues in IT systems and services.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring problems, collaborating with both technical and functional teams.
- Ensure preventive and corrective solutions are implemented to avoid problem recurrence.
Incident Management and Continuous Improvement:
- Oversee and coordinate the proper execution of processes related to incidents and service requests.
- Propose functional improvements based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain up-to-date functional documentation for processes and policies.
- Present reports on the status and performance of functional problems to management and key stakeholders.
Training and Coordination:
- Train functional users on ITIL best practices related to problem and incident management.
- Act as a liaison between functional and technical areas to ensure clear and effective communication.
