Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
We are seeking a passionate individual who is well-versed in the Microsoft 365 platform solutions. You will enjoy advising stakeholders on the capabilities of Office 365, SharePoint, and the Power Platform to support business processes and enhance collaboration. In consultation with stakeholders, you will strive for optimal results and will be capable of configuring these platforms accordingly.
You will collaborate with the business to devise solutions that streamline processes and procedures. Your role will involve translating requests into functionalities available or configurable in SharePoint Online, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Gathering information from various systems and facilitating document sharing will be among your responsibilities.
In your development role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform. In partnership with stakeholders and the IT team, you will determine the appropriate functionalities and architecture. As a developer, you will be skilled in implementing these solutions.
Your Background:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical field);
- At least 2 years of demonstrable (development) experience with Microsoft 365 development tools;
- Extensive knowledge of workflow configurations and document management within a business environment;
- Proven experience in project-based work;
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.
