Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking for your next career move? Amaris Consulting is excited to welcome a dedicated professional to our team in Brussels. This full-time position offers an Undetermined Duration Contract and is perfect for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing complex IT projects.
π₯ Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the defined scope.
- Develop project plans that align with the strategic goals of the company.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and track progress using advanced project management tools.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, user groups, and internal teams, to ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with key stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop IT solutions that meet organizational needs.
This role demands a high level of technical expertise, along with exceptional planning, coordination, and communication skills. You will lead teams to achieve strategic objectives while adhering to established policies and procedures.
π― Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who has demonstrated successful leadership in managing multiple cross-functional teams or projects from inception to completion.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role within the Information Technology field.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is required (a master’s degree is preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to quickly understand complex problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and work cross-functionally within the business to achieve results.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
