- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Solution Design and Evaluation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate potential solutions.
- Provide input on the feasibility, benefits, and risks associated with proposed solutions.

Project Management Support:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance business analysis capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
- Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You're proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
- You show familiarity with project management methodologies.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
