Job description

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

 

🔥Responsibilities:

• Requirements Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

• Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Utilize analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Interpret data trends and patterns to provide actionable recommendations.

• Documentation and Communication:

  • Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solutions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

• Solution Design and Evaluation:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and evaluate potential solutions.
  • Provide input on the feasibility, benefits, and risks associated with proposed solutions.

• Project Management Support:

  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance business analysis capabilities.

• Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and the IT department to facilitate effective communication.

 

🎯 Your Profile:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• You have proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You're proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
• You show familiarity with project management methodologies.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
