Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job description
At Amaris Consulting, we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented Project Manager in 4.0 Industry to join our dynamic team, based in Belgium. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects related to Industry 4.0, ensuring they are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.
π₯ Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of Industry 4.0 projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement project management plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct project reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, progress updates, and compliance records.
- Interface with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored project management solutions.
- Monitor project performance and address any issues or delays promptly, providing solutions as necessary.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements and best practices.
π― Your Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the Industry 4.0 sector or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT, AI, and automation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- Proven experience in managing projects with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- A proactive problem-solver with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
