Mission Description:
- Manage and maintain the Master Data within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all MES-related processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data requirements.
- Develop and implement data management procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues within the MES.
- Provide training and support to end-users on MES data management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes.
- Act as a project team member pushing MES project progress smoothly.
- Identify and assess deviations vs standards (operation and project Monthly KPI), coaching and training for being back to standards.
- Develop and execute annual test plan with the operations team.
- Apply and develop new functions/features of MES system to create high automation processes.
- Ensure data traceability completeness.
Profile Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MES data management or a similar role.
- Senior level experience (7 to 10 years).
- First level support for MES system.
- Proficiency in data analysis and data management tools.
- Strong understanding of MES systems and data structures.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Develop and execute annual test plans.
- Apply and develop new functions/features of MES system.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to vulgarize technical topics.
- Keen on working on the shopfloor.
- Used to international work environment.
- Fluency in both English and Thai.
