Job Summary: The Technical Project Manager will oversee and manage projects within highly regulated environments, ensuring that all project objectives are met on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or engineering-related fields, along with project management certifications. Fluency in English is required, and Dutch is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation, including risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, implementing best practices in project management.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Analyze project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- At least 10 years of experience in a technical environment, including a minimum of 5 years as a project manager, preferably within highly regulated industries.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch is preferred.
- Experience in managing projects involving compliance with regulatory standards is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and balance trade-offs.
- Experience in product development is highly desirable.
