Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (formerly SAP Hybris) to join our team in Basel. This position will play a key role as a liaison between integrator and client, providing robust architectural guidance in a Management of Architect (MOA) capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and an in-depth understanding of eCommerce.

πŸ”₯ Responsibilities:

  • Architect, design, and implement solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud V2, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration with client systems.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee and manage the interaction between our systems integrator and the client, ensuring optimal solution architecture.
  • Provide expert guidance on the use of CMS tools, specifically SAP Hybris Smart Edit and Adobe, to enhance customer engagement and eCommerce functionality.
  • Drive and implement best practices for SAP Commerce Cloud and eCommerce, ensuring the highest standards of reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, integration points, and workflows.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and security of SAP Commerce Cloud applications.

🎯 Your Profile:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong background in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
  • You possess in-depth knowledge of eCommerce frameworks and principles, with hands-on experience in CMS tools, ideally Smart Edit and Adobe.
  • You have strong technical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge technical solutions with business needs effectively.
  • You are an effective communicator, capable of building collaborative relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ideally, you have relevant certifications or advanced training in SAP Commerce Cloud or related technologies, which will be a strong advantage.
