We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst with a focus on Supply Chain to join our dynamic team.
🔥Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for IT solutions, specifically in the Supply Chain and Retail domains.
- Analyze global retail and back-end e-commerce processes, ensuring smooth systems integration across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design IT solutions that meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Work on process improvements and optimizations, supporting the design and implementation of new systems or technologies.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Migration Acceptance Testing (MAT) to ensure the quality of IT solutions.
- Provide expertise in Demand and Forecasting planning tools, enhancing forecast accuracy and demand planning processes.
- Assist in the implementation of IT solutions related to supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
- Work closely with diverse teams across different regions to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
- Support the integration of supply chain systems, ensuring data flows and processes are optimized for global operations.
- Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies related to supply chain management and e-commerce integration.
🎯 Your Profile:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, systems analysis, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in the Supply Chain area.
- You have strong knowledge of global retail, eCommerce processes, and systems integrations, with experience in Demand and Forecasting planning tools being a plus.
- You have proven expertise in gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, and IT solution design and implementation, including process improvement initiatives.
- You have excellent English communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders from multiple regions and teams, both face-to-face and remotely.
- You have strong organizational skills, with experience in a global work environment, handling multiple tasks and collaborating with virtual teams across different time zones.
