Job description
We are seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team at Amaris Consulting in Sweden. In this role, you will play a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing detailed business requirements to drive effective digital solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, gather insights from various sources, and interpret patterns and trends to ensure our IT strategies align with business goals and support impactful decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing detailed business requirements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement digital solutions that align with business goals.
- Engage closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions effectively address business needs.
- Prioritize and manage project requirements to support strategic objectives.
- Develop data models and KPIs to measure the success of IT implementations.
- Perform risk and impact analyses and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Stay current with industry trends in retail and technology, leveraging insights to foster innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and digital transformation processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
