Job description
We are seeking a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience to join our project on the Asian side of Istanbul. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a particular advantage given to those with experience in the telecommunications industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Identify business needs and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Perform gap analysis to understand existing processes and recommend improvements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategies.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and outcomes.
- Provide ongoing support for system and process enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
