Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful industrialization processes and provide technical support.
- Conduct research and analysis of production processes to improve and optimize them.
- Participate in project activities involving the introduction of new resources or production technologies.
Duties:
- Analyze existing processes using production data.
- Supervise and optimize equipment and processes according to quality standards and norms.
- Conduct initial injection trials for new injection molds.
- Perform injection process validation.
- Participate in project meetings aimed at designing new processes and adapting new technologies.
- Communicate with suppliers, analyze offers, propose solutions, evaluate equipment specifications based on project requirements, and participate in the final selection.
- Train users on the operation of injection molding machines.
- Seek and implement innovative solutions to optimize injection processes and provide technological supervision.
- Propose solutions and participate in the implementation of continuous improvement tools.
- Define guidelines during the design and construction of injection molds.
- Accept injection molds from external suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Engel and/or Netstal is an advantage.
- Experience in operating robots and peripheral devices of injection molding machines.
- Experience as an injection process technologist/setter.
- Knowledge of injection molding parameters.
- Ability to read 2D and 3D technical and project documentation.
- Knowledge of CAD programs.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
