Mantu, through its brand Little Big Connection, is seeking a Senior Solution Architect for our office in Tunisia.

Overview:

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's strategic goals. You will serve as a key advisor on architectural matters, providing guidance to both technical teams and business stakeholders. This role demands deep expertise in software architecture, strategic thinking, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring that they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance on architectural decisions, working closely with senior management to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence within the architecture team.
  • Technical Oversight: Oversee the implementation of architectural designs, ensuring that they are executed according to plan and meet the organization’s standards for quality and performance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for architectural matters, working closely with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies that could benefit the organization’s architecture and development processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful software solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of architectural patterns, software design principles, and experience with a wide range of technologies and platforms.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience leading architectural initiatives and managing teams of architects.
