ABOUT THE JOB
- Lead and manage platform migration projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed timeline.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and support business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand their IT needs and design solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into actionable plans.
- Develop data-driven insights by analyzing complex datasets, utilizing SQL queries, and visualizing data trends.
- Liaise between business units and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational optimization and proposing IT solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and integrate relevant solutions into company projects.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure project alignment with Agile principles.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
- Good command of English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior Business Analysts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex systems and identifying improvements.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, capable of deriving actionable insights from datasets.
- Extensive experience in researching market trends and optimizing business processes.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in SQL query writing and data visualization tools.
- Familiar with Agile environments and principles.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse environments, respecting cultural nuances.
