Job description

Mission Description: 

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for production processes and automation technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support the design, implementation, and optimization of automated systems in the production environment.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on automation tools and production processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal efficiency.

Profile Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Bioengineering / Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering / Pharmaceutical Engineering or related field. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a focus on automation.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, FDA).
  • Proven experience in process optimization and automation system implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
