WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Graduate in Computer Science or similar
- At least 3-5 years of experience in AWS Services and management of AWS services: EC2, EBS, S3, LB, SSM, etc.
- About 5 years of experience as a Windows/Linux administrator
- Management of IT infrastructure: OS Windows/Linux
- Automation skills: PowerShell scripting, Python, Ansible, Terraform
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Fluent in English and Spanish nice to have

- Operate, maintain, support, and improve AWS and IOM services in the cloud
- Ensure high levels of security for IT systems
- Support business cloud infrastructure projects and demands
- Maintain, operate, and manage IT infrastructures in the cloud
- Improve cloud operations through automation, simplification, and continual improvement proposals
- Collaborate with application, SecOps, connectivity, and other internal and external teams to ensure high-quality infra cloud services
- Daily service follow-up, ensuring operations are performed with a high-quality level
- Accountable for critical incidents P1/P2 management
- Reduce the number and duration of incidents in cloud infrastructure
- Improve time to market for new requests, changes, and evolutions
- Actively manage obsolescence remediation to keep cloud infrastructure up-to-date
- Maintain information about assets and their relations with other IT components
